Jenna Sander, CNM

Jenna is an Advanced Practice Nurse and Certified Nurse Midwife, specializing in reproductive health. She grew up in western Kansas where she obtained her bachelor’s degree in nursing. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Kansas Medical Center in 2013 and began her career in Kansas. Jenna and her family relocated, and she has been practicing in Arizona since 2014.

Jenna’s healthcare journey began with her first child’s birth. Her experience inspired her to pursue a career allowing her to improve healthcare. As an Advanced Practice Nurse, Jenna has become skilled at treating clients for a variety of gynecological needs: preventative care, cancer screenings, perimenopause and menopausal treatments, sexual health concerns, pelvic pain, abnormal uterine bleeding, infection treatment, thyroid disorders, family planning, contraception, and infertility.

Jenna views each client interaction as an opportunity to provide health education and empower clients to make safe, evidence-based decisions regarding their care. She recognizes the importance of a trusting relationship between providers and clients. Jenna ensures her clients have no unanswered questions at the end of each visit and are comfortable with their care plan. She appreciates being able to provide full-scope reproductive healthcare to her clients throughout the lifespan.

At home, Jenna is supported by her husband, three sons, and several canine children. She enjoys spending time cooking & baking, jogging, reading, and attending her children’s activities and athletic events.
